Marketer, with 15 years of experience, specialized in promoting investments and competitive linkages between suppliers and OTC in the energy sector, with the vision of success in developing suppliers in all sub-sectors of the industry. He was the first to implement the Business Tables in the sector, strengthening the productive chains, triggering business opportunities.
He has directed work teams within the 3 key stages of the energy sector: where Pemex and CFE were preponderant, during the modification of Article 27 of the Political Constitution, in the stage of the so-called Energy Reform and in the temporality where Pemex and CFE will have the leadership.
