The 2017 Mexican Petroleum Congress (CMP 2017) will be held in the beautiful and colonial city of Puebla from June 7 to 10 of this year and corresponds to this time the Engineers College of Mexican Petroleum, A.C. Also the Chairman of the board of directors 2016-2018 of CIPM stated that CMP2017 «Creativity and talent drives the oil industry with profitability» it represents the exhibition and business meeting of the national and international oil industry and this is the only event in the country that unites the national energy sector, the extraction sector, production, transportation and refining of energy.
He added that CMP 2017 aims to be a forum to contribute and exchange ideas, experiences and professional knowledge of the entire industry, through technical work, lectures and the industrial exhibition, which will allow you to know the latest technologies that they Have been applied in other parts of the world and could be applied in Mexico, with the intention of facing the new challenges generated by the Energy Reform.
Speaking of numbers, José Luis Fong Aguilar, mentioned that in the edition of the CMP 2016, there were 6,600 attendees from 15 countries, 215 exhibiting companies, 3 plenary sessions, 2 conferences, 188 technical sessions and 117 E sessions -poster, and he also detailed that it had an exhibition area of 950 stands.
This edition of CMP 2017 is expected to strengthen the participation of national and international companies in this sector, as well as increase the attendance of congressmen and improve the technical quality of this important event.
